BDG Game Forgot Password
Forgot your BDG Game password? Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. The platform handles the reset through its customer service, and setting a new password is also what unlocks an account after too many wrong attempts.
BDG Game forgot password steps
- Open the login screen described in the BDG Game login walkthrough.
- Find the Forgot password? link on that screen and tap it.
- Follow the platform's instructions. Its login header states that a forgotten password is dealt with by contacting customer service, so expect a support conversation rather than an instant form.
- Have the phone number or email you registered with ready, because that is how the account is identified.
- Once a new password is set, go back to the login screen and sign in with it. The rule is the same as at sign-up: at least eight characters mixing letters and numbers.

Why BDG Game locks an account
Entering the wrong password again and again triggers a notice that begins Account has been locked. The same notice says to use Forgot password to change to a new password, which unlocks the account and lets you log in. It offers Cancel and Contact customer service; the second button reaches the people who can actually help.
What to tell BDG Game customer service
- Whether you registered by phone number or by email, and which one you used.
- Whether the account is locked, or you simply cannot remember the password.
- That you have already tapped the Forgot password? link, if you have.
Never hand a password to anyone, support included. A reset gives you a fresh password to set yourself.
Picking a new BDG Game password
- Use at least eight characters and include both letters and numbers, as the register form requires.
- Avoid reusing the password from your email or social accounts.
- Type it into a notes app first if your keyboard tends to auto-correct, then paste it in.
